<p>The present invention relates to a composition without chamotte for manufacturing large-sized ceramic ware, a manufacturing method thereof, a method of manufacturing large-sized ceramic ware using the composition, and large-sized ceramic ware manufacturing by the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition containing kaolin and alumina but not containing chamotte for manufacturing large-sized ceramic ware, a manufacturing method thereof, a method of manufacturing large-sized ceramic ware using the composition, and large-sized ceramic ware manufacturing by the same. According to the present invention, when ceramic ware is manufactured using the composition without chamotte for manufacturing large-sized ceramic ware, it is possible to achieve excellent molding performance in producing moldings as the composition does not contain chamotte. Furthermore, even though the composition does not contain chamotte, heat deformation and contraction are reduced at the firing temperature over 1280°C. Therefore, it is possible to easily manufacture high-value large-sized pottery, environmental moldings, and large-sized ceramic ware of high-quality.</p> |
