FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: bipolar coagulation of uterine tubes, utero-ovarian ligaments, round and suspensory ligaments of uterus with the latter being transected. The uterine arteries and veins are clipped at 1 cm from a junction to internal iliac vessels. A uterine manipulator tip is inserted into the uterine cavity. Pelvic fat is removed with lymph nodes along the external iliac vessels and from obturation regions. The fat is evacuated from an abdominal cavity from each side in a hermetically sealed container.
