FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: device for granulation and mixing agricultural products consists of a housing, a container formed with the discs mounted on the shaft, covered with an endless belt with the blades, mounted on the rollers, a rotary actuator, devices for loading and unloading products, liquid injectors. The container is formed by two endless belts symmetrical relative to the vertical axis of the housing, which rotate on the discs in opposite directions, at that the lower inclined branches of the endless belts tightly adjoin to each other, and the outer parts of the endless belts are parallel to the inclined sides of the housing and are mounted to it with a gap equal to the height of their blades, the endless belts have autonomous reversible rotary actuators.EFFECT: invention enables to intensify the processes of granulation and mixing loose materials in the manufacture of various tonnage capacities.1 dwg |
