FIELD: instrumentation.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to leak gage probes. Proposed device comprises probe (10) connected via hose (11) via throttle (D2) with vacuum pump (16) and test gas pickup (15). Distribution point (24) is located downstream of throttle (D2). Branch pipe (25) extends from distribution point (24) to test gas pickup (15). Throttle (D2) is composed by diaphragm with round opening.
