FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to grinders, particularly, to disc mills. In compliance with first version, this mill comprises grinding chamber, inlet and outlet, multiple spinning grinding elements located spaced apart in said chamber, distributing and separating stage to separate fine particles from coarse ones, to force fine particles from said chamber and to return coarse particles therein. Grinding elements have one or several holes or gaps between them for pulp and grinding medium passage there through or along grinding chamber. Note here that said mill comprises at least one grinding element located in grinding chamber to allow larger path for the flow therefrom compared with the other grinding elements. In compliance with second version, this disc mill comprises at least one grinding element with clear area making 15-100% of grinding element surface area without clear area.EFFECT: more stable operation at variable feed rate of material.18 cl, 8 dwg |
