The material additionally contains molybdenum trioxide, has the following component ratio, wt %: dysprosium oxide 60?70; hafnium oxide 25?35; molybdenum trioxide 3?5, and is obtained by a solid-phase synthesis at a temperature of 1500-1700°C in air.
