SUBSEA PIPELINE SECTION

摘要

FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: subsea pipeline section includes inner pipe installed with gap inside the outer pipe. The gap is filled with sealing device with compressed air and flexible rod which device is fixed on outer side of inner pipe along spiral line. Length of sealing device is equal to width of damage. The outer pipe on both sides is connected with lock of signal elements made in the form of pressurised ring casings with buoys made of syntactic-foam and ropes connecting buoys with inner pipe inside the casings. Length of ropes is equal to depth of pipeline section installation. The outer pipe on its both sides is made with possibility of its flange connection with butt covers each one of which is made of interconnected by additional horizontal flanges the upper and the lower parts with cantilever fitted on them the upper and the lower half-bushings connected with horizontal flanges with possibility of wrapping the inner pipe by half-bushings. Gaskets made of elastic material are placed between vertical and horizontal flanges.EFFECT: expanded range technological tools.4 dwg
