The result is achieved in that in the lipid membrane of bacterial magnetosomes by ultrasonic treatment the hybrid protein MGG is integrated, which amino acid sequence comprises the transmembrane domain and the binding area of immunoglobulins.EFFECT: obtaining polyfunctional magnetic sorbent bearing on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles of ligand, that enable to connect to the particles the immunoglobulins of IgG class.4 dwg
