A breathing medium is generated in a room equipped for the lessons by hardware delivery of essence volatile components into the room with a distance from the apparatus to the infants making not less than 1 metre. A set of exercises comprises breathing, combined developing, relaxing exercises, self-massage elements and is performed in a sequence presented in the patent claim.
