In an industrial installation for electrochemical water activation produced is a required volume of alkali catholyte (V) with a fixed value of hydrogen parameter (pH) with pH<pHor a required amount of acid anolyte (V) with the fixed value of hydrogen parameter (pH) with pH>pHon condition of addition of the required volume of catholyte or anolyte into hydrofuse and achievement of pH parameter value, corresponding to the isoelectric state of the protein (pH). In the isoelectric state, the protein, contained in hydrofuse, loses its emulsifying properties and ability to be solved in water, contributing in this way to efficient separation of phospholipid concentrate.
