The circuit has two bipolar transistors i.e. PNP transistors (1, 2), that is provided with a base and a collector connected to the ground. Two resistors (4,7) are provided with respective negative terminals that are connected to the bipolar transistor and at an input of a differential voltage comparator (8). A third resistor (5) is provided with a positive terminal and a negative terminal. The positive terminal of the third resistor is connected to a power supply (VDD), and the negative terminal of the third resistor is connected a positive terminal of a fourth resistor (6).
