The blind has an occultation sheet (101) assembled on a winding tube and moved between positions such as folded position and deployed position. The sheet penetrates and emerges from a housing (120b) defined inside a longitudinal reinforcement element (120) by a housing access slot (120a). The occultation sheet is maintained inside the housing by a maintaining unit. A blocking unit i.e. rod (122), blocks the sheet at a vicinity of edges of an opening, where the blocking unit and the maintaining unit are made of plastic material e.g. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and polyoxymethylene.
