<p>The present invention relates to a burner cap and a burner. According to an aspect of the present invention, the burner cap may comprise: a cap body forming the appearance of the burner cap; an opening formed on a position separated from the border of the cap body toward the center of the cap body; dispersing protrusions formed on the bottom of the cap body; and connecting guides protruding from the dispersing protrusions. According to the other aspect of the present invention, the burner cap may comprise: a cap body forming the appearance of the burner cap; dispersing protrusions protruding from the bottom of the cap body downwards, and allowing mixed gas jetted toward the bottom to primarily collide therewith; and connecting guides formed on the dispersing protrusions, and allowing the mixed gas colliding with the dispersing protrusions to secondarily collide therewith. According to the one aspect of the present invention, the burner may comprise: a burner head with at least one mixing pipe; and the burner cap mounted on the burner head, wherein the burner cap may include: the dispersing protrusions arranged on positions corresponding to the mixing pipes; and the connecting guides formed on the dispersing protrusions. The burner cap and the burner according to an embodiment of the present invention are capable of preventing the agglomeration of flames by uniformly dispersing the mixed gas in multiple flame holes, and are capable of uniformly heating a to-be-cooked-object and reducing the generation of harmful substances by completely combusting the mixed gas. In addition, the structures of the dispersing protrusions and the connecting guides of the burner cap are simple to be applied to the burners with various shapes. Therefore, design costs and efforts due to a guide design can be advantageous.</p> |
