PURPOSE: An operating system of a personal information-embedded portable QR code sign is provided to easily and quickly identify personal information through a reader by including a QR code including the personal information on the sign. CONSTITUTION: A sign body (22) includes a QR code (222) including personal information to expose it on a surface. A fixing unit (24) is formed on the sign body and is one selected from among a clip, a string, a ring, and a velcro. The sign body is installed on a human body or on personal stuff. The sign body is an accessory type, a badge type, a key ring type, or a mobile phone hook type.
