The embodiment of the present invention relates to a lighting device. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the lighting device includes: a cover which includes an optical member; a heat radiation unit combined with one side of the cover; an optical plate arranged under the cover; and a light emitting device arranged on the heat radiation unit and emits light between the inner surface of the optical member of the cover and the optical plate. The inner surface of the optical member includes a reflection surface which reflects light from the light emitting device and a diffusion surface which diffuses light from the light emitting device, and the light reflected from the reflection surface.
