Disclosed is an account transfer system for real-time research expense execution capable of efficiently managing the payment of research expenses. According to the present invention, the account transfer system for managing research expenses paid to a customer via an executing organization from an exclusive organization comprises an RCMS server, which is connected to an accounting program of an execution organization server to receive data file according to the registration of research expense usage and a transfer execution telegram for requesting the payment of the research expenses in order to execute research expenses deposited to an exclusive organization account divided into a government fund account and a private fund account, to check the sameness between the data file and the transfer execution telegram and order that the research expenses are transferred to a corresponding customer account via an execution organization account from the exclusive organization account, and to generate a research expense performance report to calculate the research expenses. Thus, the exclusive organization and the execution organization can efficiently use and manage the research expenses, thereby strengthening an R&D fund support system and improve the efficiency of execution.
