Disclosed is a composition comprising an eggplant extract for preventing, alleviating, remedying, and/or treating a sebaceous gland related disease. The composition according to the present invention can be effectively used for preventing, alleviating, and/or treating the sebaceous gland related disease due to various causes by controlling sebum secretion, sebum cell growth, and acne germ which are important for triggering mechanisms of the sebaceous gland disease. The composition has excellent stability and does not affect corneous cells. Accordingly, the composition can be variously developed as a food, a pharmaceutical composition, or a cosmetic composition which is effective in preventing, alleviating, remedying, or treating the sebaceous gland related disease. |
