The element includes a board made of a structural material containing wood or wood derivative e.g. medium density fiberboard, where the board is covered with a plastic material layer on a portion of external face, and with a decorative material on the external face. A set of grooves is cut on an inner face of the board over depth equal to thickness of the board. The plastic material layer is positioned between the decorative material layer and the board or the decorative material layer is positioned between the plastic material layer and the board.
