The present invention relates to a hydrophobic nano-graphene laminate comprising a hollow type globoid functionalized with CF_3, in which the particle diameter of the globoid is 0.2-1.0μm, the thickness of the nano-graphene laminate is 0.4-10μm, and the contact angle is 130-160°. The hydrophobic nano-graphene according to the present invention is transparent and has appropriate surface roughness, low surface energy and high water contact angle. Thus, the hydrophobic nano-graphene laminate may be useful for a graphene device such as a graphene-based electrode.
