A free edge of the wing is located in immediate vicinity of a wall (8) of a profile (4') of a frame (4) facing a leaf (3) while defining a narrow width slit passage (9). The passage is preserved in a closed leaf state by considering the wing and in absence of stress by deformation of the wing.
