The present invention discloses a method for homodyne reception of an optical signal transmitted with a baseline optical signal delivered by a local oscillator whose wavelength is within a predefined interval around the wavelength of the transmitted optical signal in order to produce interference signals corresponding to a beat between the transmitted optical signal and the baseline signal and intended to be detected by photodiodes, wherein said local oscillator comprises a Fabry-Pérot laser cavity comprising a photorefractive holographic medium, said laser cavity being supplied by the transmitted optical signal whenever its wavelength varies so as to produce a baseline signal. |
