Provided by the present invention are a method for forming a knitted base material and the knitted base material thereof. The knitted base material is arranged over a whole base material by crossing threads which are formed with reinforced fiber as a knitted base material of a complex shape. A first knitted fabric (10a) is formed by knitting a base knitted fabric part by a knitted thread (60) while inserting an inlay thread (70) formed with reinforced fiber in a knitted width direction by corresponding to a basic paper pattern (100) which is a base having the shape of a knitted fabric (10a, 10b) which is knitted in a flat-knitting machine. In the common basic paper pattern (100), a second knitted fabric (10b) is formed by knitting the base knitted fabric part by the knitting thread (60) while inserting the inlay thread (70) formed with reinforced fiber in the knitted width direction by corresponding to the basic paper pattern (100) in a direction which is different from the knitting of the first knitted fabric (10a). The first knitted fabric (10a) and the second knitted fabric (10b) are folded in the same shape. |
