<p>The device (6) has identical electrical machines (1a, 1b) connected in series to drive wheels, where the electrical machines are powered by respective power supplies. A control unit (7) controls the electrical machines, and a determination unit (8) determines rotation period of one of the electrical machine, where angular shift exists between rotors of the electrical machine. A phase shifting unit (9) is provided for transmitting control signals of the power supply of the electrical machine delayed by a time offset to the power supply of another electrical machine.
