The device has a housing (1) equipped with a cover (9) and a reflector (2), and ballast (8) provided inside the housing. An electric cable (10) connects a switch (5) to piles (7) as well as to LEDs (6) and to a motor (3). The motor is equipped with an adapter that is drilled in its center to integrate into a part (11) i.e. half helicopter, where the part is formed by rigid electric wires.
