Novelty: a collapsible car cover susceptible to be folded into a subground encased metal box is disclosed. Covering process: a remotely-controlled motor 2, which is located almost at the centre of the open-out side of the box 1, sets into motion -via the reducer and the transmission shaft 4- the guides located at each side and the eight arms 6, and opens out the three caps 16 of the metal box 1 so that nine metal &Pgr;-shaped metal frames 7 comprising inside the arms 6 are deployed. When completely deployed, the nine metal frames 7 form on the soil surface two 180 deg. hemicycles enclosed by a fabric tent. At the vehicle’s motion, when the cover should be contracted, the motor 2 is remotely actuated inside the metal box 1, it sets into motion -via the reducer 3 and the transmission shaft 4-the hoisting guides 5 and the eight arms 6 in the inverse direction, it contracts the nine metal &Pgr;-shaped metal frames 7 comprising inside the arms 6 and it closes up the three caps 16 of the metal box. |
