PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a positive electrode material which makes possible to form a nonaqueous secondary battery allowing the degradation of charge and discharge cycle characteristics to be suppressed; a positive electrode arranged by use of the positive electrode material; and a nonaqueous secondary battery having the positive electrode.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous secondary battery positive electrode material comprises composite particles each including: a positive electrode active material particle having a negative zeta potential; and an inorganic microparticle different from the positive electrode active material particle, having a negative zeta potential, and sticking to the surface of the positive electrode active material particle through cationic polymer. In a nonaqueous secondary battery arranged by use of the positive electrode material, the difference between the ratio Y of the area of cracking observed in a cross section of the positive electrode active material particle after repetition of 50-cycle charge and discharge, and the ratio X of the area of cracking observed in a cross section of the positive electrode active material particle before the execution of the charge and discharge is 0.1-8%. Further, a nonaqueous secondary battery positive electrode is arranged by use of the nonaqueous secondary battery positive electrode material. The nonaqueous secondary battery hereof has the nonaqueous secondary battery positive electrode. |
