<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking and chemical application type seedling transplanter capable of suitably applying a prescribed amount of chemicals to seedlings at accurate timing for chemical application with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: The walking and chemical application type seedling transplanter includes a machine body having a speed change and transmission device 7, a main wheel 10, and an operation handle 8 for operation while walking; a planting device for planting the seedlings with planting hoppers 3 which are driven up and down behind the speed change and transmission device 7; and a chemical application device 51 having a chemical delivery mechanism 52 for delivering chemicals. The chemical application device 51 is arranged at a position between the planting device and the operation handle 8. Two units of planting hoppers 3 are arranged in parallel in a lateral direction of the machine body. Left/right soil packing devices 4 for packing left/right positions, where the seedlings are planted by the planting hoppers 3, are arranged just near the planting device. Guiding hoses 54 are connected to the delivery mechanism 52, and lower end discharging ports of the guiding hoses 54 are attached to support frames 4a of the soil packing devices 4.</p> |
