The present invention relates to a system for controlling lighting and security by using a switch device which has a built-in Bluetooth module, turns power applied to various kinds of home appliances and convenience facilities on or off, automatically turns lighting provided at an underground parking lot, corridors and the like of a building on or off, and transmits a signal by detecting trespassing into the building, and the system comprises: the switch device for operating lighting lamps and security equipment comprising a sensor module for detecting a human body, an object, or the intensity of light and capturing images, a control module for computing and determining a signal inputted from the sensor module and outputting a control signal to a switching module or the Bluetooth module, the switching module for turning at least one lighting lamp or security equipment on or off on the basis of the control signal from the control module, the Bluetooth module for transmitting and receiving a wireless signal on the basis of the control signal from the control module, and a power source module for supplying power necessary to operate the switch device; at least one adjacent switch device comprising the sensor module, the control module, the Bluetooth module and the power source module; and a relay switch device for relaying a wireless data signal of another relay switch device so as to transmit and receive the wireless data signal, wherein the switch device is connected to a plurality of lighting lamps and security equipment and switches an operation of a corresponding lighting lamp and security equipment, and the switch device and the relay switch device transmit and receive a wireless data signal between adjacent switch devices and relay switch devices, respectively. According to the present invention, when a human being or an object including a vehicle is detected with respect to lighting lamps and security equipment provided in a building including corridors and an underground parking lot, unnecessary power consumption can be reduced by automatically turning the lighting lamps on or off, or operating the security equipment, thereby minimizing costs according to an operation of the lighting lamps and the security equipment and improving reliability according to the operation of the lighting lamps and the security equipment. |
