The present invention relates to a method for producing lithium iron phosphate nanopowder and the lithium iron phosphate nanopowder produced according to the method, the method comprising the steps of: (a) producing a mixed solution by putting a lithium precursor, an iron precursor, and a phosphate precursor into a triethanolamine solvent; and (b) synthesizing lithium iron phosphate nanopowder under 10-100bar of pressure conditions by putting the mixed solution into a reactor and heating the same. Thus, reaction can be progressed under relatively low-pressure conditions when compared to conventional hydrothermal synthesis and supercritical water methods, and it is possible to easily produce lithium iron phosphate nanopowder of which a particle size and particle size distribution are effectively controlled when compared to conventional glycothermal methods. |
