A dry cleaning machine, and a system and method for solvent recovery and recycling. The system comprises: a solvent reservoir (16) used for the storage of dry cleaning solvents recovered after use and a fine filtering device (18) connected with said solvent reservoir (16) to form a filtering circulation system, said fine filtering device (18) being used for the fine filtering of dry cleaning solvents in said solvent reservoir (16) and to return said dry cleaning solvents to said reservoir after filtration. The present system for solvent recovery and recycling features low costs, a compact structure, small volume and highly efficient solvent recovery.
