The present invention relates to a welding portion preheating and mixing apparatus and, more particularly, to a preheater mixing apparatus that preheats a welding portion by mixing gas with air. The welding portion preheating and mixing apparatus according to the present invention is the preheater mixing apparatus that allows the gas and the air to flow in and to be mixed so that the welding portion is preheated, including a body portion that functions as a handle of the preheater and allows the air to flow in from backward; a mixing unit that is formed as a body which extends forward from the body portion with a gas supply pipe being connected to the extending body and a funnel-shaped gas outlet being formed in front of where the gas supply pipe is positioned so that the gas supplied from the gas supply pipe and the air are evenly mixed with each other and the gas and the air mixed with each other are sprayed through the gas outlet at a constant pressure; and a gas spray unit that generates a flame by spraying the gas and the air mixed with each other at the constant pressure through a gas spray pipe that is formed of a pipe which is connected to and extends from the funnel-shaped gas outlet of the mixing unit and a heating tip that is connected to the gas spray pipe. According to the welding portion preheating and mixing apparatus of the present invention, imperfect combustion of preheaters of the related art, in which air and gas are mixed with each other at a predetermined ratio and are subjected to perfect combustion for a preheating operation but the imperfect combustion may result in the event of excessive air consumption in summer or the like leading to a non-constant air amount in a distributor, can be prevented. |
