<p>The present invention relates to a method for making grain syrup using rice or broken rice and a rice grain syrup made therefrom. In a case where the method of the present invention is used to make the rice gain syrup, the flavor of the rice grain syrup is improved, and useful components, such as dietary fibers and polyphenol, are contained in the rice grain syrup, and thus the ingestion of the rice grain syrup can lead to an effect of ameliorating anti-oxidation/anti-aging, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, metabolic diseases, and the like.</p> |
