PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood processing filter that can efficiently use the whole filter element and can simultaneously attain both high flow velocity and high filtration performance.SOLUTION: A blood processing filter which uses a filter element to process blood comprises: a passage securing sheet that is arranged between the filter element and an outlet side flexible container; a frame sheet that is arranged between the filter element and an inlet side flexible container; a first seal part that seals the frame sheet, the filter element and the passage securing sheet in a belt-like form and is provided in a ring-like form along a peripheral edge of the filter element; a ring-like second seal part that is provided in the form of surrounding the first seal part; and a valley part that is provided corresponding to the first seal part on an outlet side of the filter element. The frame sheet has an aperture, and in a state of flowing blood, at least some of slitted passage holes of the passage securing sheet are arranged in a gap area formed by the valley part.
