A high frequency electrosurgical operation instrument comprises a pair of forcep arms, an insulation member, a transmission member, an operating rod member, a distal end cover member, a shaft member and an operating portion. Further, the high frequency electrosurgical operation instrument comprises: a flow channel which is formed between the operating rod member and shaft member, is disposed along a longitudinal direction of the operating rod member, and through which a liquid flows; a groove which communicates with the flow channel and into which the liquid flows from the flow channel; and an opening which communicates with the groove and supplies the liquid to the vicinity of a base end of the pair of forcep arms. |
