<p>When an accident occurs in, for example, upstream pipes (11, 21), RF batteries (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) can reduce, by the siphon principle, the leakage amount of an electrolyte in tanks (106, 107) by leakage prevention openings (10h, 20h, 30h, 40h) provided on the upper side of the tanks (106, 107) and through reverse U-shaped pipes formed with housed pipes (10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, 30A, 20A, 20B, 20C) and parts of the upstream pipes (11, 21).</p> |
