<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device i.e. prewetting device (1), has a liquor rolling arrangement comprising injection- or spraying units (8, 9) for conveying liquor (11) i.e. water, into a working region. A pump (10) conveys the liquor from a storage container (12) to the injection- or spraying units. A collecting tub (20) is connected with an overflow pipe (24) over a drain part (21), which branches from the collecting tube at preset distance below an upper edge (25) of the collecting tub. An overflow part (33) is connected with the container.
