The friction disc (10) has friction lining elements (12) which are provided for producing frictional engagement with a friction partner. Several fluid passages (13) for passage of fluid, are extended between the friction lining elements in the radial direction (Ra) of the friction disc. A peripheral region (11) such as circular ring portion is extended over a predominant radius area of the friction lining elements. A portion of fluid channels with respect to portion of the friction lining element varies relatively little or constant within the peripheral region. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) clutch device; and (2) torque transmission device.
