PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device that is able to continue communication by a radio frequency (RF) signal placed in multiple bands even if one of power amplifiers has become faulty.SOLUTION: A transmission device comprises: a signal generator that converts baseband signals on multiple channels into multiple RF signals placed in multiple discrete bands and outputs them; and multiple power amplifiers. At least one of the multiple power amplifiers amplifies multiple RF signals placed in at least two different bands of the bands at the same time, and transmits the multiple RF signals belonging to the multiple discrete bands at the same time. |
