PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image observation device and a recording medium such that desired image data can be efficiently selected.SOLUTION: An image observation device includes: a condition storage part (251) which stores a plurality of display object conditions for a plurality display areas in a display screen respectively; a list generation part (253) which generates a plurality of image lists related to attendant items of a plurality of images corresponding to the display object conditions and corresponding to the plurality of display areas; a first display part (254) which displays the plurality of image lists in the plurality of display areas respectively; and a second display part (255) which displays an image corresponding to an attendant item selected from the plurality of displayed image lists in a corresponding display area.
