PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method capable of precisely detecting an amount, a location and the like of liquid droplets injected by an inkjet method.SOLUTION: An inspection method includes: an inspection media preparation step for preparing inspection media having a substrate and an ink-receiving layer that swells and bulges in the thickness direction when absorbing ink; an ink supplying step for supplying ink to the ink-receiving layer of the inspection media from a liquid droplets injection device by an inkjet method; and an observation step for observing the inspection media. The inspection media has the substrate and the ink-receiving layer that swells and bulges in the thickness direction when absorbing ink. The ink-receiving layer preferably absorbs the ink of 0.2 g/g or more, and the substrate preferably absorbs the ink of 0.1 g/g or less. |
