<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent for a steel plate having satisfactory cleaning properties to oil stain even at a low temperature and a method for cleaning a steel plate.SOLUTION: There are provided a cleaning agent for a steel plate which comprises: (A) an alkali agent; (B) one or more organic acids or salt thereof selected from lactic acid, oxalic acid, citric acid and salt thereof; (C) a nonionic surfactant represented by the following general formula (1): R-O-{(EO)/(PO)}-H (1) (where Ris an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 8 or more and 16 or less carbon atoms; EO is an ethyleneoxy group; PO is a propyleneoxy group; n is an average additional molar number of EO; m is an average additional molar number of PO; n is a number satisfying 2 or more and 20 or less; m is a number satisfying 1 or more and 20 or less; and the addition form of PO and EO in { } may be either a random arrangement or a block arrangement); (D) one or more chelating agents selected from gluconic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and salt thereof; and (E) water, and a production method using the same.</p> |
