This battery forklift (1) includes: a control device (57) which is mounted in the right side portion (3R) of a housing space (2) and which controls a loading electric motor (52) and a travel electric motor (50); fuses (65, 66) of the control device (57) which are housed in the housing space (2) and disposed opposing the right side portion (3R); a charging device (54) which is mounted in the left side portion (3L) of the housing space (2) and which charges a battery; a fuse (55) of the charging device (54) which is housed in the housing space (2) and disposed opposing the left side portion (3L); the loading electric motor (52) which is housed in the housing space (2) and generates hydraulic pressure in the work oil which operates the fork; and a work oil tank (53) which is housed in the housing space (2) and stores the work oil.
