Disclosed in the present invention is an organic liquid suitable for being used as a raw material for foliar fertilizers, which liquid uses the yeast broth culture or the remaining discharging liquid after removing the yeast or the lysine fermentation broth or the remaining discharging liquid of lysine or the glutamic acid fermentation broth or an amino acid solution of bean cake hydrolyzed by an acid or an amino acid solution of fur hydrolyzed by an acid or an amino acid solution of fish protein hydrolyzed by an enzyme as a raw material, wherein the PH thereof is 3-4, the organic content 2-50%, and the chlorine content 1-15%. The present invention can help the area with no MSG industry prepare foliar fertilizers by replacing the glutamic acid fermentation stock solution used as the raw material of traditional foliar fertilizers by the organic liquid, wherein the organic liquid of the present invention being chosen as the raw material for foliar fertilizers also has the effect of traditional foliar fertilizer and has a good effect on promoting plant growth.
