The present invention relates to a continuous operation type solubilization device for organic waste, and a solubilization method which can solubilize various organic waste such as various sludge, livestock excretions, food waste liquids generated in a wastewater disposal plant in order to reduce the weight thereof, can improve the efficiency of anaerobic digestion, can increase production of bio gas, and can reduce a moisture content in a final dehydration cake. The continuous operation type solubilization device for organic waste comprises: a sludge crusher (10) which crushes sludge into a fixed size; a buffer storage tank (20) which stores the sludge mechanically solubilized in the sludge crusher (10); a heat exchanger (50) which is connected with the buffer storage tank (20) by a booster transfer pump (30) and a circulation pump (40) in order to exchange heat with the flowing and circulating sludge; a hydraulic screw stirring type thermal solubilization reactor (60) which is connected with the heat exchanger (50) in order to solubilize the entering sludge at high temperatures and pressures; a boiler (80) which is connected with the thermal solubilization reactor (60) by a circulation pump (70) in order to supply a heating medium or steam; and a pressure regulating member (90) which is connected with a solubilization sludge discharge unit of the heat exchanger (50) in order to regulate pressure for continuous operation. |
