The present invention relates to a method for clustering health information, more particularly, to a method for clustering health information which is capable of generating training data from a typical health information database which has nearly no treatment labels by clustering similar health information using health information which is specialized to health information, has a treatment label by patient of a plurality of patients and the health information database consisting of health information which does not have a treatment label.
