PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a coated thin steel sheet consisting of a flexibly rolled strip material and providing an especially favorable corrosion protection.SOLUTION: The provided method includes: a step of providing a strip material (2) consisting of a thin steel sheet; a step of forming, as a step (V1) of flexibly rolling the strip material, a strip material having variable thicknesses over the length thereof; a step of executing, as a step (V3) of electrolytically coating a made-of-metal coating material including at least 93% of zinc, electrolytic coating following the completion of the flexible roll; a step of executing, as a step (V4) of executing a heat treatment at a temperature higher than 350°C and beneath the solidus of the coating material, the heat treatment following the completion of the electrolytic coating; a step (V5) of forming a blank (20) from the flexibly rolled strip material (20); and a step (V6) of cold- or hot-processing the blank. |
