A window member includes a base substrate which is divided into a light transmissive region and a light shielding region surrounding the light transmissive region, and is capable of transmitting the light; multiple reflection patterns which are separated from the light shielding region and are arranged on the base substrate; and a light shielding layer which covers the reflection patterns and prevents light from passing through the light shielding region.
