The present invention relates to a paint film stripping apparatus to rehabilitate a superannuated pipe and, more specifically, to a new concept pretreatment technique to strip paint film from an inner surface of a superannuated pipe before strongly removing the paint film in the event of rehabilitation construction of the superannuated pipe. The present invention can selectively mount and demount high frequency paint film strippers while efficiently stripping the paint film of a superannuated pipe using the high frequency paint film strippers attached to a pair of multi-brackets, respectively. Accordingly, the manufacturing costs of the high frequency paint film stripper can be reduced while efficiently stripping the paint film of the superannuated pipe by simplifying the structure of the high frequency paint film stripper making the structure compact, and an effective heating area can be expanded while heating a wide area in the front and rear directions at the same time, thereby shortening the separation time of the paint film and improve separation efficiency.
