The present invention provides a motion control device including a first connection unit supporting an upper exoskeleton of a body; a second connection unit supporting a lower exoskeleton connected to the upper exoskeleton; a motor controlling a string by being disposed on the first connection unit; a joint pulley disposed between the first connection unit and the second connection unit; a string connecting the motor and the joint pulley; and a coupling disposed on the first connection unit below the motor and rotating the string according to the control of the motor.
