<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that when a power conversion device is installed in a self-support board, a temperature detecting device of a main element in the power conversion device detects heating to suddenly stop the power conversion device due to overheat protection, when heat accumulates in the self-support board to raise temperature the power conversion device due to loss generated by the power conversion device, unless cooled by a cooling fan that has a proper amount of wind inside the power conversion device.SOLUTION: A power conversion device determines cause of overheating of the power conversion device on the basis of: a setting value of temperature in the power conversion device which is set in advance; a temperature detected by a temperature detector provided on a cooling fin; a temperature detected by the temperature detector provided in a power conversion device case; and a value detected by a current detector.</p> |
